Aha. Just standard, OEM length Koni's?

They would still be far better than typical "OEM replacements" and you could shorten them (creating CSK's) at a later date.

As for "OEM length Koni's" vs. "AGX", that is tougher to call. Unless you plan on shortening the Koni's in the future. I am positive that Steve would tell you to do the OEM length Koni's. Although an arguement can be made for the easy adjustability of the AGX's.

I didn't see CSK's mentioned anywhere, in this thread, Shawn

That first scenario is possible.

However, upon review of the posts in this thread, I thought folks were referring to CSK's. Like Brent for instance. ......

If I could have afforded (could currently afford) CSK's, that is the way I would go as well. Sigh.

Sorry for the confusion, I was not understanding your remarks correctly.

Please ignore the dirt.

The RM's on this car were the prototypes. AFAIK they didnt change anything from these specs once they were produced aside from shotpeening and powdercoating.

They're awesome. I commute 60 miles per day on them with the agx's set at 3f/6r and its a great ride. It wanders a bit when you get into a lane that's been worn by tractor trailers, but that characteristic is not exclusive to RM's by any means.

I'll be going the RM/CSK route this summer hopefully, but i have no complaints whatsoever about the RM/AGX combo, nor do any of my passengers, one of which is my girl who has a few slipped and degenerating discs AND a syrinx in her neck. She and i go on road trips and she only complains when i toss the car into a corner (i cant help it!!!) but not over the bumps.

BTW are any of you guys running and whiteline product?

I'm interested in a 2 or 4 point brace for the front end but don't know if I can still run it on these springs...

Someone like to chim in... Shawn?

I've been toying w/ the idea of a 4 point, but i cant choose between the whiteline and the blehmco.

From what i understand the only thing you might have issues w/ is the ground clearance. The RM's drop is somewhat conservative (1.25" in the front), but a big speedbump may still give her a bit of a scrape.

A progress rear antiroll bar makes a damn nice addition to this setup as well.

I love mine. They are just what I was wanting for the car. I replaced all the shock bushings, boots and put Koni bump stops with KYB AGX shocks. Couldn't be more pleased.

Well, after a long delay, here is a pic of my RM with Koni.

I love these springs. Not too much of a drop and they handle nicely when pushed. They are pretty forgiving considering the springrate, too. I give them a
