B-13 ABS to non ABS parts question
When ordering brake rotors there are usually 2 part #s one for abs and the other for non abs. What are the difference between the 2. I have purchaced a set of power stop rotors from Summit (PWR-JBR-555L/R)for a 91 B13 ser and overall height is taller than stock but overall dia. is good. The car the rotors are going on is previously an ABS car, currently it has non ABS rear hubs installed wich look to be the same dimension as the ABS ones - the pickup. The fronts will be non ABS spindals with abs axles and AD22 brakes. I am looking for part #s for the correct Rotors to run with this set up. It would be nice to get the # for the power stop cross drilled rear as I have a set of matching fronts that came with the AD22 set up, but #s for cross and sloted front and rear from any brand will work.

In the US the brake rotors and calipers are the same size between ABS and non-ABS. I don't care what the parts places tell you.

I was incorrect in stating that the dia was ok, that is the problem, and when I ordered them they were for a 91 SER.

I was hoping some one would be able to get me a correct set of part #s to order the correct ones for the rear from powerstop, or a complet set from another manufacture.
Thanks

Looks like you have the large rotor that would be used with the Maxima calipers it is larger diameter and thicker. They should measure 258mm diameter and 9mm thick. These rotors are listed in the Nissan parts books so the aftermarket companies make them and sell them even though they technically don't fit any US car. The ones listed as non-ABS are probably the correct ones.

The fronts are just as messed up in the aftermarket, if you order front rotors for an ABS car you will get the larger rotors for the AD22VF setup. Solution is for a B13 Sentra SER to order non-ABS parts even if you have ABS and to verify the dimensions.

Thanks for the info, I think I have the correct rotors now sent the crossdrilled back to Summit and got some from Tire Rack wich look to be correct front and back.
