The seal kit would only be the one with the orange and pink greases in the picture ie:
Upper and lower slide pin rubbers
Piston outer dust boots and inner brake fluid seals
Bleed nipple dust caps
Outer dust boot metal securing rings
The brake pad shim kit is ordered as a set.
The bolt hardware would normally be ordered loose.
