help with rear beam.
hi i have lowered the car with road magnets and agx's with koni bumpstops. and i could of sworn i had a shake coming from the front. but oooopsss after spending all that money it was all in vane. its the back, i had a friend in the back and he said its shaking the back. so the help is needed now diagnosing the rear. what parts on the b14 should i look at in the back. i know the wheels are tight i checked. i put a sway bar on there(progress). i know somewhere there is a thread somewhere about the bushings for the rear beam but should i check anything else? tomorrow i am gonna jack it up and shake the wheel to see if there is play but here we go again with this crap. thanks for reading and please suggest some things that i can check this is driving me a little crazy.

Yeah, check all your connecting points for your rear beam. If everything seems as solid as can be, double check your tires/wheels, to ensure that they're properly balanced.

How bad is the shaking?

i would say its moderate. you can feel it throughout the car. but the rear passanger said they felt it most. and now that i pay attention i feel it there. its like running over a bunch of little stones in the road. not enough to lose control but a shake.

Tires balanced? Jack it up and wiggle the wheel to see if it is a bearing or anything. Check the brakes to make sure you dont have a warped rotor.

looks good the only thing i noticed while under there is that the bushing for where the beam and that torsion thing connect is torn on 1 side for sure and it looks like the other side tore or is on its way. so i think this may be the problem and why it does it under stress only. i am gonna search i think octotat had polyeurathane inserts for this if not i need stockers. what do you guys think bad bushings=bad vibes?

Polyurethane would be a nice upgrade. I too will need to replace mine. I only get that feeling on uneven pavement. It almost sounds like my rear shocks are loose in the upper mounts.
