does it convert a 4x100 hub to 4x114? or a 4x114 hub to 4x100?

you'll need 4x100 to 4x114

like this

I dunno about those spacers. I'd be much more comfortable taking my hubs to a good machine shop and having them drill holes for a 4x114.3 bolt spread and then tack weld the studs in.

I agree that's why we ran it 2 different ways,

First, 1" spacer from ebay 4X100 to 4X114.3. I didn't trust it but it ran for over a year and we're running it again.

We also ran my set up that I have, Stock B15 2.0 SE front spindle w/ stock 11" brakes, and the P10 G20 rear hub on a B13 rear knuckle, Maxima caliper and B15 SE 10.4" rotors. We took this off because it's mine and I'll use it on my NX soon and that car is getting parted out.

if you want the flush look you need the spacers

If you get good quality spacers, you shouldn't have a problem. Just make sure they're wheel/hub centric, and you're good.

Us Volvo guys do it all the time, since the lug spacing is 5x108, it's hard to come across aftermarket wheels for the old RWD models, so most just end up using spacers, and either running newer FWD factory, or aftermarket wheels.

All those are running spacers.
