Did you get two, or four?

Now that I think about it, I guess you could adjust camber with just one per side as long as you use the toe adjustment eccentric too...

I just always assumed it would be best to buy four though.

i got all 4 just didnt feel like taking them all out. with 4 i can basicaly make the rear of the car do what ever i want spec wise. now i just got to get some nice plates for the front.

Yeah these are what we are going to be working on for the rear of the B13. We will hae two options, one with bushings and one with solid heim joints.

that was my plan with the last car. i figured it would be better than stock and better than stock with the es bushings.

my last car i actualy took off the rear arms and had them boxed in with 1/4 metal plates before i put the es bushings in and it was great. i would just like the ability to controll toe/camber of the rear wheels better.

I've heard of a few racers using something like it (adjustable length parallel links) usually with spherical bearings just because they're race cars.

They give you camber adjustment in the rear (independent of toe adjustment) to either compensate for a shorter ride height, or you know, take advantage of more (or less) camber. They also have stiffer bushings than stock so than can be a plus or minus (might cause slight increase in rear suspension bind).

All in all I think they are an okay piece but most of us don't need the adjustment, and those who do would probably want spherical bearings. They are neat because they are a direct drop-in, and they may be the right thing for a few people...

They are possibly cheaper than OEM replacement parallel links, so that's a plus...

That first thread of yours is still going into The Suspension Thread itself. Overdue as hell for updates...but I digress.

Please clarify for the mechanically challenged (which is me) this is a product most suited for racing applications? Like with a dedicated track car kind of serious racing?

"Most of us don't need the adjustment"....please clarify. Whom are you referring to exactly?

Who would you recommend consider this peice and who should not bother?

Gracias sir.

If I understand them correctly they pull or push from the bottom point of the rear suspension. If they push they will incur more negative camber where as if they pull they will give more positive camber.

If you are not running rear mounts with spherical bearings then the pulling and pushing will be less effective due to the fact that the top cannot pivot as easily.

I would suggest these if you are running any sort of lowering in the rear as well as a set of spherical bearing rear mounts. I would only go with the spherical rod ends not bushings. Less flex = more direct feel.

Here is a few pics from under my Lumina where you can see these same parts. There are 4 lateral link arms and two trailing arms. Our lateral link arms are adjustable to accommodate more negative camber.

Sorry for the bad pics this is all I had. The monoleaf rear spring seems to get in the way.

The first pic is the factory parts, the red ones are uprades and the third shows them installed.

That's good to hear. I am considering doing the same, and was going to offer them for sale to anyone else who wants them.
