Not really.. just have to rent the extractor from advanced. Other than that it wasn't that bad at all. Bitch part is getting the spindle off the OEM ball joint.

Moogs are fine... I don't see any reason to pay the price of a new control arm for one ball joint. To me that's just stupid and a waste of time.

My 1992 SE-R came with these and I've done them on other SE-Rs. The Moogs are the ****. Zirk fittings, robust, fit right etc. I approve of this part.

If you are gettign oe replacement ball joints look for a brand called 'perfect circle'. Those are the ones I used on my last classic. I posted the part # on the other forum several times. Fit just right.

Funny you said that, because the control arm that had the MOOG in it had stretched out just like you said. I had to have it tackwelded to the control arm (the new ones). The other side that did not have the MOOG in it fit fine.

Exactly, that's what the Moog does, hence the reason we use only OEM.

Let me know if you want me to send you a set, I'll be going up to Texas saturday 26th, and I can have them shipped to you.

Or the complete control arm brand new costs 55 and comes with the ball joint.
