Yes another suspension clunk thread
OK, From digging in the past, and digging now I know that the clunk is due to a seating problem, I've gotta get some rubber hose....
BUT what I can't find is someone else with the problem that the car pulls in one direction after hearing a clunk.
My suspected culprit is front drivers side. Usually after making Left turn (normally a low speed close radius, i.e. around a corner ) I get a nice little clunk, and the car will pull to the Left, sometimes rather violently. After making a Right turn ( same as before, closer radius turn ) I get another clunk and it with either correct itself or be less of a left hand pull....
Would this still come from springs not seating well? I've impacted the top nuts, quite tightly, done it by hand... if you don't know I replaced EVERY COMPONENT
Linky... yes its on the "other" forum
Mind you it never happened until I put all new suspension, it did not carry over from my old setup ( stock ) I want to get to the bottom of this... haven't done the rubber hose thing yet, it's been snowing.... I wish I could rule it out but I can't. I want to get new tires but have to wait for this to be fixed....
Thanks all. Sorry if this is repeat information.
EDIT:
Oh yes, This past summer before the suspension upgrade I did get 2 new front wheel bearings installed Nissan Bearings.
