progress sway bars
hi i have a b14 se-l with road magnets and agx shock with koni bumps. i am hitting the bumps on occasion goin straight not too bad but on turns under moderate acceleration i am hitting the stops. so i was wondering if the sways would help. the agxs are set at 4 fr and 8 rear. cusco front stb and ebay rear, need to order a octotat one, and also a progress lcab. the main question is will the bars help and should i get the front and rear or rear only. i dont remember if the b14 likes big fronts. also are there any bushings i should get in polyeurethane for this or replace for aiding purposes? thank you.

and the bumps are the 40mm from serban...

ohhh and as a note will the b13 rear bar work for the b14? and if it does does it come with what i need since the b14 has no rear bar? pics maybe?

If you're hitting bumps while the AGX's are at max, you may have other issues...

I have pretty bad roads I drive on in El Paso, and I'm only sitting on 3/6 and very seldomly hit the bumpstops. Sure you're hitting the bumpstops, and not feeling other jarring movements from the tophats? How do your bushings look on your front suspension?

Why do you have them all at the highest setting. On my last setup,I had ground control and Agx's and they were set at 2 front and 5rear and it rode great.

^^^^
i know the front bars on the b13 and 14's work the same, but i think the rears dont.

I wouldn't run them at highest settings either, and I think 80% of his issue is the stock rear sway bar. Once he upgrades that it will be an amazing difference.

Won't be as noticeable a change as the B14, but it is a great change!! You should get that installed man! Remember, lift the rear and bolt everything up but not really tight. Drop the car, then jack it up again and then tighten it. THis will allow everything to settle and you will get the bushings to line up right.

got everything on and i got the progress front too. drive good and big difference but i still have that front bump thing goin on. i dropped the agxs to 2 and 4 and it stopped like 70% of that hit. but in thinking about it, they changed the driver bearing on the top of the strut and not the passanger side where i am getting the noise. so i will have that changed asap and this should resolve it. it drives 100 percent better and if you dont push it it doesnt do that thing. but as a example took a left flooring it and was smooth took a right at 20 and had it a little not half as much as before. so stiffening the chassis helped and i love how the bar feels so definately worth it.
