Feeler: Prebuilt CSK's
I have had a few request for CKS's ready to be bolted up on the B13, B14 chassis. I would expect I would need the OE strut housings for a core.
We would have the housing powdercoated, include bumpstops, dust shield and other options like our soild mounts camber mounts, etc...

Is there an interest for this?

Subscribed. I have cores and I want to see how this turns out.

I would like front CSKs (B14) prepped for RoadMagnets.

Can we get a list of interested parties?? I am thinking I need 5 to start the project due to the cost of the Koni's.

I am reading a lot on these and need to know the general consensus. I want to use Koni yellows only due to their adjustability.
Can someone give the quick 1 2 on what will work with the B13 B14 chassis.

How much are we talking for a set for a B13 CSK's? I am interested in a set for Road Magnets as well. I am lacking cores though...

Sounds good. Will you also work with CSK's that have been already rebuilt? I have shortened struts, but if they go, can I use those as cores? They are JB welded.

Right now I am trying to see what the options are. If all that is needed is for me to cut cores and install struts with hardware then Im in. WE just need to see how much is involved.

there are soooooooooooooooooo many options including maxima housings and a certain koni insert. then useing a front housing (type unknown) on the rear of a b13 with a different insert.

or find out is steve foltz would be kind enough to give to a quick run down of whats what. he is the god father of the koni inserts and is a very nice dude. i had the pleasure of speaking with him over the phone years back during the whole k-sport debacle and when i say he knows his stuff........im not lying.

x2. Steve made my CSKs for my B13. Using the OEM housings, he fiddled around with putting yellows in the rear, but determined that it would take too much effort. That was several years ago, so he might have done it since (using the OEM B13 housings, that is). The set-up he made for my B13 was yellows in the front and reds in the back. It is an amazing set-up. To be honest, it rides so well and handles so well, I have yet to adjust them.

In the next couple of months, I will be purchasing some CSK's for my 93 Classic. They will be utilized in conjunction with my Hyperco Gen II springs.

I want them prebuilt by someone who knows exactly what they are doing. I will require them to be a 100% bolt-on part, no modifications needed on my end. Bolt on, adjust the valving appropriately, and then I don't want to have to mess with them. I have no interests in endlessly "fiddling" with my suspension.

Nor do I have any cores to be re-used. They will have to be sourced by myself or whomever is doing my work. I'd prefer the latter, and don't mind the expense. I want my CSK's to be "headache free" for me.

Assuming you can fulfill my requirements, I may just buy them from you.
