Let me look into some material pricing and I can get some ideas on the cost.
I think I saw the pic of the fender brace on the other forum under a tec article for suspension stuff but I cant find it.?

Another good idea would be to incorporate other things into the brace such as a master cylinder brace, like this one....

That is how a strut bar should be. One solid peice with absolutely no bolts tying it together.

Thank you. It had to be said. Once it's tightened down, it's not going anywhere. What bothers me more are the bars with pivot points at the ends between the strut tower flange and the bar itself.

We are working on a solid bar for the j-Body guys, Ill post up pics so we can get some ideas. After many complaints about the RK sport rear bar we came up with a new design. The main issue was that the plate tops sat on top of the strut mount bolts not over them so it was not flush with the body.)

I like the idea of the MC brace (I think I asked this before). Question ... is the altima mc the same core as the sentra ones. I need to make sure it will fit all types.

Our initial design thoughts are a solid tubular piece, all welded to joints whatsoever ( believe the solid bar outweighs the benefits of the preloaded bar due to the faact that we dont have to add flex into the system.
