i really dont follow your post at all. your "buying back new springs"..................what does this mean? you want a different set of springs? why? if you like the drop currently why replace the springs?

if you are replacing the springs because the ride currently sucks hot sweaty nut sack i have some bad news for you...........changing springs is not the answer. dropping your b13 any lower than 1.5inches MAX over the stock ride height will make the car handle, and ride like pure poop.

It's too low. Whomever lowered it that far is clueless. Period.

Could you translate this statement (or statements?) to english of some sort?

You may indeed want it to be "just like this" if you put aesthetics before performance.

On the other hand, you may be ignorant to exactly how badly your suspension is currently sucking.

Which is about 1-inch too far. Unless you have shortened struts, in which case, like Classicaddict stated, you can push things to a 1.5" drop. Max.

Do yourself a huge favor and read that thread posted by Classicaddict.

After you have educated yourself from that thread, then decide if you want aesthetics over performance. If you choose aesthics, with a 2-inch drop and the subsequent sh*tty, piss-poor, crappy handling and ride, at least you'll be making an informed decision.
