Oh jeez. Another one?

I've seen this on the rear end of a couple B series cars now, with a couple different stock replacement dampers. Not sure of the exact cause, but I'm inclined to think it's worn out bushings in the rear axle assembly allowing side loads to come through from the rear beam.

What were you using under the nut in the trunk?

I recommend using a couple ES sway bar bushings under the top washer in the trunk. Stock is too soft and too hard (solid) is a problem as well. Sorry to hear about your problem.

I just bought mine at the local auto parts store. They make them in universal package for domestics. Or check with Energy Suspension. 4 should do it.

You are talking about the ones on the end link part of the sway bar? Or do you have an ES part number. There are so many bushings its hard to tell which ones would work.

Some thing like THIS?
Would you use the washers too?

Yep, those are the ones. Of course you need a washer under the nut. The OEM BIG ONE one is fine.
