Question regarding alignment + camber on stock suspension
Hello,

I had my car aligned today because it has been pulling to the right for a while when I would drive it. I got my alignment report back and for my front left suspension camber the 'before' was -1.9 and the 'after' was -2.0. The right side is fine. The specs say it should be within -1.3 to .2

The other problem areas were:

FL Toe: -.49 (0.00 0.20)
FR Toe: .31 (0.00 0.20)
Front Total Toe: -.19 (0.00 0.40)

Other than that, everything was within spec and the Toe was adjusted to within spec. My Front Right Camber is fine. It's at -.9

I was reading that camber is not adjustable in the front stock suspension. If this is true, then what could be causing my negative camber on my front left suspension? What should I check first? The suspension on the car is completely stock.

Thanks!

Could be the ball joint or upper mount. Also if the bottom of the strut is egged out around where the bolts go through it could throw this off as well. I would think it would be the upper mount more than anything.

replace your lower control arms as im sure something is wrong there....whether it be the control arm mounts, ball joint, or the arm its self is bent. you can find them all day long on ebay for $40 each complete with ball joints and bushings. or go to rock auto and see if they have them, price will be higher but so will quality.

Hmmm, I've had a squeaking sound coming from my front suspension for a pretty long time. It happens any time I go over any bump.

I'm thinking about replacing the control arm bushings and ball joints. Something I wanted to do anyways. I just hope the control arm isn't bent.
