I guess he needs the size for the right drill bit? I dunno the size off the top of my head.

A drill bit isn't what I'd use. Off the shelf round bastard file would do both holes quickly and accurately with minimal effort and low risk of rounding the holes out wonky or shattering the bit.

Die grinder would work too. Tons of different ways to slot them without a drill bit but seriously if you plan on driving this car you should replace the lcas to fix the issue rather than bandaid it with a cheap camber fix. Failing lca is not something to play around with if this is the case.

See post #2 in this thread. In 2008, I said a half inch bit is probably the one to try. I've done this with absolutely no difficulty enlarging the holes. Make sure you use a proper bit for drilling metal. That said, it might not give enough movement to address your problem. I got mine to move 1-1.25*.

My biggest problem is wrapping around trying to knock off 1 whole degree of camber is a tough order without spending loot.

sounds like a bent control arm or subframe, other than slotting the strut ears and strut mount holes there's not much you can do other than taking off the control arm and giving it a few creative whacks with a sledge. or cutting and chopping... but then that's probably more time and effort than you want to dump into this thing it sounds like

Here's what I'd do / what you can attempt:

i'd do the top hole first and see where the bottom knuckle hole lines up, and then drill accordingly. the new holes aren't necessarily going to be inline with the old ones, in fact they will probably be on an angle to the old holes because of the way the knuckle rotates with the control arm. Do this with the tire off, you can eyeball well enough the camber of the wheel hub to get it close to what it'd be like with the tire on.

Well I slotted the struts out and things worked out well. Slotting the struts top hole was able to take out the excessive camber. I actually took too much off the strut and they had to add negative camber to it.
