only issue I see is if the car ever needs any welding done, on the sills or chassis etc is the foam flammable?

mine's still nice and stiff.

No negatives to my knowledge.

Foam is still hard as a rock.

Chassis is still tight, creak and rattle free.

I would do it again without any hesitation.

Shawn B paid a guy a long time ago just after he bought the car to remove and weld sheet metal over and repainted the top to make it look like a normal hardtop. In regards to his foam filling of the chassis, his car feels different, the doors open and close differently and does not feel or sound like any other B13 Sentra I have been inside.
