Tell me what you are looking for, since I WORK FOR BILSTEIN I can talk to some friends and get it figured out. Joel Ward of the old RTR (random thoughts racing) works for Bilstein also. He used to race a B13 and told me he did a throw together at one point. I can do some digging with info. I can tell you, Bilstein inserts are the ****, much better than koni! They will valve to whatever spec you want. ALso, they said that if we had enough people, we could do a GB on their threaded housing with 36mm strut rod and they have a company that would do custom mount brackets and top mounts.

It's more a matter of if you can get people to pay for them. Even the Koni 8611 Race is way beyond what most people are willing to spend for a strut. Throw in true race fabrication for housings, tophats, etc and you are into a $2k + price ussually.

....and still trying to figure out what to do with these old Tokicos....

I know some applications (911s/Audis/Bimmers) you are able to mount the replacement monotube insert in an inverted fashion...better way to go about it I would guess, if one had the option.
Thoughts or ideas about doing this for the B13 (Tokico cores or not??)?
No limit Coleman Racing account, anyone??

Coach...part numbers, part numbers! Will a Toyota/Mits/Audi, etc. Bilstein insert fit in a Tokico housing, or maxima housing, or B13 housing....what works with what??

You can put the B15 yellow, the B13 and the b14 reds in them. Maxima inserts will not fit of course.

Thanks Steve-I would go with the yellows, certainly; unless...know of any Bilsteins that fit?

Might be something to add to the suspension thread....which Konis fit in the Tokico housings (I don't remember seeing that), for us poor hapless folks whose first suspension "upgrade" was the Blues and the Pro-Kit suggested on SE-R.net.
Now years later, wandering around the garage mumbling: "Now what the hell do I do with these struts????"

"ALso, they said that if we had enough people, we could do a GB on their threaded housing with 36mm strut rod and they have a company that would do custom mount brackets and top mounts."
This is definitely something to look into, yes?? I would be interested in this.

Housings are housings until you step up to the Maxima/Altima ones which have a 2 inch diameter and can take the Maxima insert. I thought I had put that in but feel free to post it again if you like. It's a long thread at this point.

Thanks for the clarification; it is a dreadfully long thread, but I'm glad its there.

We have two of those. The "How to install your CSK" and then the big suspension thread. Wozers. Let me know if you need any help.

Bilstein is a 2" insert, you would have to use maxima housings. They can be valved for whatever spring you want. Best bet is to call a Bilstein Tech guy in our Poway, CA office for specifics. It is our aftermarket division.
