Prodrifter did you measure bumpsteer? I cannot see how it is possible that you need to have the tie rod that low! Even with a car that is super low I don't see it. Also with it that low does the tie rod hit the sway bar when at full droop from lock to lock?
I would start with leveling the tie rods when on level ground with the car weighted. I would wager your bump steer is worse with it setup that way than the stock position...
