Prodrifter did you measure bumpsteer? I cannot see how it is possible that you need to have the tie rod that low! Even with a car that is super low I don't see it. Also with it that low does the tie rod hit the sway bar when at full droop from lock to lock?

I would start with leveling the tie rods when on level ground with the car weighted. I would wager your bump steer is worse with it setup that way than the stock position...

no i did not measure, but with the car at ride height, the tie rods are parallel to the ground.
no interference with the sway bar.

How well will these rod ends put up with the elements? Are they likely to seize up or will they be fine?

i was jw cuz i was going to put this in with the coilovers when they go in in the next couple weeks..havent put anything together yet..but i guess it will have to wait anyways seeing as you have a 2-3 month wait..lol
