Can you please post us the material that was used on each of the components, along with shear stress test data on the vertical threaded rod, shear stress on the pivot joint, and the compression/shear data of the turnbuckle.

The outer tie rods which this kit replaces are the same whether its a manual rack or not according to Octocat. I am going to be running a manual rack in my car.

Will the custom set for my Maxima take any longer or is that the date for all of the sets? Just trying to make sure that everything is in my hands late June ~ early July.

I do understand this parts function, I am still a little confused on how this part works still, how is this any different from what comes already from the factory? Isn't the factory tie rod end already as close to the control arm joint as it can get?

This question is a little off topic but I will make it quick does the manual steering rack respond faster to steering inputs than the powered rack? Should it take less turns of the wheel to max out the steering in one direction as well?

^^^topdog...its the opposite.
Manual rack is slower and has more turns lock to lock.

This lets you flip the tie rod under the control arm to keep the factory angle when lowering the car. It also would work in the other direction since his bolt goes both ways.(No comments needed)
