Yes and No. Its more the principal of the matter that they couldn't meet their obligations as a seller and have been ignoring the customer.

Didnt see this thread and wasnt ignoring you. Honestly it slipped my mind, but I promised a refund to you and it will be done. I think I was actually waiting for your contact name since you bought the item on Ebay.
