I wanna see those doors too! I stripped everything out of mine and added Lexan windows. Not sure how much I lost, but I'd be willing to bet they are as light as they can get. I'll try to get some pics of my doors up too.

Did you take the cross bar out ?

Yes, took out everything! I use a tie down strap for the door handle and have butterfly dzus for attaching the windows. The cross bars are a total pain to remove and if I recall, only lost about 8-10lbs per side. I would have left them in had I known beforehand. Sideways crash protection is a good thing!

Well from OEM door to what is now minus glass I lost back went I did it the first time 30 lbs if I don't recall wrong and that was back in August 06 in my first build .
