With tires available now I'd recommend the Dunlop Star Specs or Toyo R1R then for a street tires. The RS3s need a little heat also. The R1R is probably the best cold tire, but you have to keep it very cold. Water them between runs is mandatory if the time between runs don't allow them to cool down.

It does. If I ran r-comp I'd be going through tires faster and more cost. Right now I have a set of Toyo R1R, Hankook RS3, and Dunlop Star Specs all mounted on rims. Rotate between them depending on site, etc.
