Wow sounds like a good stash of wheels and tires. I have 2 sets of nx wheels i hope to get mud and snow/ rally tires on at sone point but i am focused on autox for now. Glad to see your rallyx prep progressing.

Did you drive out there Mark to pick them up or have them shipped? I ask because he had a skid plate for sale too and I wondered if you saw it there in person.

I shipped the tires. I can send you any sort of detailed pics you want of the skid plate--mounts on the car, mounts on the plate, you name it and I'll take them.

Yup, and you did a great job of bundling them and getting them ready to ship.

I half expected the FedEx guy to be pissed about having to unload 300+ lbs of tires and wheels, but he thought it was really cool.

Took photos of the two Lassas I had mounted up. These are the most hardcore rally tires I have. Weigh a friggen ton. Wish I had more.

If you want anymore Winterforce tires I will sell you them at only a bit more then my cost plus shipping, I have a national account with Bridgestone/Firestone at work and am happy to extend this (as much as I can) to forum members and racers.

No mechanical progress, but some cosmetic:

I also found the photos from before I got the car. This is what it looked like back then.

I'll keep that in mind. I'm OK with the one set of Winterforces, but I may want something for our van before the snow flies . . .

But for (SCCA-type) RallyCross and general gravel-road hoonage, the Winterforce tires kick ass.

No pics right now, but I'll take some this evening.

Cage is all cut, bent, notched and tacked. trying to find someone who can weld it up this coming weekend.

Engine bay is starting to get put back together.

Graphics on hood and front fenders.

New clutch came in, once it's on the engine can drop in.

There are actually struts on all four corners right now. Two don't have control arms at the moment, but you can't have everything, right?

No pics from last night. Was too pissed off to take them. I finally got around to fitting the Koyo rad I bought a long time ago and found that not only were the tubes holed in two places, there was a third place where it looked like some kind of epoxy had been shoved in to seal another hole. Damnit. At least I have a stock unit I can use for LSPR in a few weeks (eek, getting waaay to close for comfort!)

Thanks for the updates Mark. Good luck in getting things buttoned up for LSPR!
