Appearances can be deceiving.
Actually, I'm very happy with how the cage fits everywhere except along the actual A-Pillar. It's tight at the roofline, and around the main hoop, but if you view the car head-on you'll see a very large gap along the a-pillar at the windshield.
Oh yeah, and about the seats, how do they fit you? I'm 6'2" and I've been thinking about the Evo series. My concern is that the seats I've sat in the past always have shoulder / arm interference when I'm turning the steering wheel. Do these have good clearance in those areas?
I'm 6' 0", but with a long trunk and short legs, relatively. The Evo seats have always fit me pretty well. They're wide enough at the shoulders to not cause issues (and I have very broad shoulders). I've had them in vehicles ranging from RallyCross (with runs that are a couple minutes, tops), ice racing (30 min), ChumpCar (2 hour stints) and stage rally (all day) and found them comfortable.
