Here is what you did wrong.
Never, ever turn the motor with the tensioner out. The Chain is not stuck. You have jumped teeth on the gears. The valves are touching the pistons.
You will have to take off the upper and lower oil pans, Then remove the passenger engine mount, the engine mount bracket, Water pump pully. Then you will have to take off the oil pump cover. You will see that you have jumped teeth on the crank gear.
This is not a fun job at all.
