No, you'll be safer with 6's.

If your turbo or squirting the bottle, use 7's.

Usually heat range wont matter on what mods you have, unless your turbo or NOSing.

Now it more depends on how you drive your car. If you floor the car a lot I would stick with 6's, otherwise the 5's might overheat.

5's are good if you start the car a lot, but driving it too long, or getting the engine too hot might make them foul.

Do not use 1.1's when using the BKR6E. I read that on one of the two forums when I was in the parts store trying to decide what plug to get too.

how are the OEM plugs compared to the NGK for a stock NA SR?!?!
