Max SR20DE power at 118WHP is basically stock numbers.

Just S4's, CAI, header, exhaust should be in the high 130's at least, even without a proper tune

He should be well over 155whp with his mods on proper compression readings. My old 91 SE-R with UK high port with full bolt ons on stock cams and JWT tune netted 162whp on a dyno-jet. That engine compression tested around 180 psi on each cylinder.

My old 93 NX2000 with 200k miles and just a K&N filter with Fidanza flywheel netted 131whp on the same dyno.

^^ Agreed, 118WHP with those mods is horrendous. 118WHP is like a GA16DE with every bolt on available

In club racing a 118whp 1.6 B13 would be classed in Performance Touring's "G" class (PTG), while I'm classed in PTE racing noticeably faster cars. I was thinking of re-classing, but decided to hang up the season to avoid further engine damage.

Hell, I've seen 91 SE-R with stock cams, and I think only an intake put down more WHP with the air conditioning on ( @SE-RMonkey did this just to see the difference)

Whats it look like under the valve cover? Is it clean or does it look like a giant Hershey bar melted in there.

I believe 117 and change with the AC on. Stock except for Sillen filtercharger, JWT ECU and Borla muffler.
