My car's best is 7.5@92mph in the 1/8th mile. Should be mid 11's in the 1/4. It has the mfactory 4.7 final drive in it. I'm pretty sure I hit 2nd gear before the 60ft and still got 1.60 lol.

Mine MIGHT run better now, but I won't know for a little bit. I melted a piston last year, and rebuilt it. Went from 9.2:1 to 11:1. Attempted my first pass on the new setup last Saturday but broke something in the trans when I took off. I haven't pulled it out yet to see what's wrong.

Nah I still drove it home 30 miles. Something is broke, and randomly getting in the way not letting me go into certain gears.

I believe there should be improvements with the bump in comp... should be interesting

Yeah that's what it sounds like. I had similar issues but it was because I damaged the selector arm and my synchros where shot
