yea I asked because the low ports that come with this adapter, stock, usually have a PS hose that fits there without any issues, so another option would be a PS hose from a different chassis like P11, or B15.

interesting, does the line attach the same way up top? this would be good if your high pressure line were leaking and you had to replace it anyways, but more expensive if it doesnt need replaced.

I'm not sure, the other end of the P11 has the same type of hollow bolt and 2 copper washers like the connection on the pump, also there is a place for the PS pressure switch on the other end. New it may be costly but used from a Jap engine or scrapyard might be doable.

@Kyle do you have any insight into this?

we cut the nipple off the hp hose to rotate it more. seems easier than modding the bracket imo. that hose is on there pretty tight so i doubt it will rotate on its own, just be careful when torquing it down. b13 hp ps hose btw.

I actually modded the bracket with a 90* angle grinder and cut off wheel, really easily, I had initially installed it without modifying, and was nervous that I would have to rip it all out to either cut the nipple or the bracket, but it can easily be reached through the wheel well.

That nipple is there to prevent the bolt coming slack, its the same reason they have them on brake lines, if vibration or the pressure cycling in the line causes it to push the fitting in an anti clockwise direction it may cause the bolt to loosen. Just a safety thing, it may work without issues but that is what its there for.
