You can't get a "better" tune on the RT, it will just be SOOO much easier and faster to do so. It's the same thing OEMs do. They have a multi-million dollar "ECU" that they use to tune their engines with because it gives them a lot more control. When they are finished tuning, they "burn" the tune to some chips and slap them on $30 worth of hardware and put it in the car. You get the same tune, it just costs a lot less. But if you're the one doing the tuning, you will want the more expensive equipment to make things go faster and easier.
I don't know of any shops that have taken to the Calum ECU like Calum planned. I could be very wrong though. Most people use
NIStune I think, but I heard other options are out there. I don't really keep up with that stuff.
