yep, like i said, take it easy when your winding it over, until the tensioner gets some oil pressure, it will be a bit slack.

just get the timing right, put the cover back on,charge the battery right up,and get it running.

If the chain is too slack, replace the chain tensioner with a new, upgraded OEM unit.

Was the motor at TDC b/t the
exhaust -> Intake stroke or the compression -> power stroke

Yes,i comfirm it by putting a screwdriving down number one spark plug, also the cam lobes on number one cylinder was pointing away from it other, which is TDC.

Do a compression test, this will tell you whether no damage was done inside. Are the cams S3 or S3R ?

Cams are s3r,why ??

So i have reset the timing AGAIN,but as i turn the motor over by hand, the chain will just skip a tooth or 2 on the exhaust sprocket so easy, why is this happening ??,the tensioner is release with hook off and it popped out like it should, but little pressure on the chain,i understand that its oil pressure that makes it pressure the chain, but how can i get it pressurize if the chain if slipping on the sprockets, when just hand cranking, think what would happen if i even attemp to start it with the key LOL,the timing would be all over the place again !!!

you've got a low port roller rocker motor, not a high port then?

don't know my primera's much, but i thought p11's were high port?

edit.my mistake,no top oil rail,must be rr
