hey gys,
what should my next step be for my de?
i made 150/135 on the dyno and am looking for more.
mods are
-g20 ecu
-i/h/e
-2.5 inch exhaust
-port matching
-msd coil
-msd ignition system
-2.5 inch exhaust
-advanced timing
-jwt cams
-gspec pullies
-i am debating putting in 88mm 11.0:1 pistons instead of the factory 86mm 9.5:1 pistons. i can get my block bored at my buddies shop super cheap. i personaly are comfortable about 88mm bore on stock sleeves.
-88m pistons will bring the engine from 1998.3cc to 2092.3.(so roughly .1 liters more of displacement over stock)
-after i rebuld the engine i will get it tuned.
-i guess what i am asking here is, how much of a gain could be expected from a 2mm increase in bore and a 1.5 increase in compression.
