So what was the issue? Id like to know, it was probably something simple huh?

oh no it wasnt simple i replaced fuel filter, plug wires, spark plugs, fully cleaned iacv piece by piece, cleaned the maf, re did the block and head timing, and after all that it was running just not good at all, last night went out side and swapped plug wire 2 and 3 on dizzy and she fired up and is runnin great. and for everyones information lynchfourtwenty was correct about the timing chain. if you look in my pic you can clearly see the gold link which is suppose to be on the crank sprocket is next to the cam gear. i put 20 connecting links in between timing marks and made sure everything was TDC and it is running just fine.

moral of the story, cam timing has to be perfect! and having the plug wires on the cap in the right order helps a great deal. :P

glad we got this sorted out, and i watched the videos you emailed, pulls pretty good man..

you just need to get some good motor mounts and learn how to shift from 1st 2nd better and your set

So today I had a asshole cut me off causing me to slam on my brakes which led to my tool box fool of tools fly into the back of my seat. FIXED THAT PROBLEM !!!
