What is the seat pressure between both rr springs? A have also revved rr up to 7.5k and that car ran like a raped ape.

I can also attest to my roller seeing 8k rpms, and even passed that when I forgot to set a limiter in the nistune. Engine always ran fine, actually that has been the best running sr Ive had so far without any problems, throwing dets in and see what that does.

Been running VE valve springs for a week now, I gotta say not sure it was really worth the pain. Reving to 7500 is almost painful, the cams are just not built for it. There is no power to be had there on even low port manifold with stock cams. Now the main reason I replaced them is to avoid valve float or rocker flying out from misshifts, so so far it's doing that great.

I use DE Ferrea springs in my RR set-up. It was taken to 8500rpm on the dyno ( still holding power ) but the tuner and i settled for a safe 8200rpm rev cut.

Looking at EDM FSM, looks like EDM RR's use standard DE sized springs and valves that could be why.
