Might as well just swap the head, if the valves have to come out, the head has to come off anyway.

Highport head is extra headache - intake manifold, TB, harness, etc. I have spare RR head, so it can be prepared before swap.

After considering all that work and extra money to be spent, we are just going with a Tomei drop-in RR cams.
