All I have to say is have Mazworx do the block and you should be fine if the rest is properly assembled. The new stepped deck blocks are amazing and yeah bored vet gaskets have been working well for those that have used them.

You really shouldnt have any reliability issues.

Why no cooler Cory? Do you monitor oil temps? On my B18 I had I noticed the oil temp would climb quite high on repeated 9k pulls.

With the 92mm pistons, do you use an off the shelf piston for the sr20? Or are there benefits to be had by going with custom pin height, longer rod etc. What about higher CR?

Well of course temps should rise after repeated back to back pulls. If it were a circuit car I would definitely have/need one. But its a drag car so I really just wasn't too concerned with the temps. Maybe I should look into it more but idk.

As far as I know the 92mm pistons are all custom. They didn't have any shelf 92s when I've ordered. maybe that's changed now...

- I doubt they are making 92's off the shelf bc the desired CR may be different, but either way they are gonna cost you about 650 to the door.
