Not true, it's not where you take the car to get inspected, it's where the car is registered. Almost all of the counties in PA have emissions except for the northern and western counties. It's a disease that has spread from Philadelphia and Pittsburgh.

Now, if you somehow find a way to register the car to a person/relative in another county that doesn't have emissions, then you're good. But it's only a matter of time before it's everywhere, I'm sure.

Well the Throttle position sensor has 2 sockets, but the harness only has one plug but it doesnt seem to effect it just having one plugged. Also the harness has a plug for the pressure sensor in the PS High pressure hose, I have the original PS Pump/hose however the PS works fine so i'm not going to worry about that one either. Lastly theres a bunch of EVAP stuff on the engine but im still using the 96 ECU and Harness so when they run it for emissions none of that stuff would matter being plugged in since the ECU doesnt have that information "built in" so i'm not gonna worry about swapping the intake just yet. Lastly I extended the wires of the rear o2 sensor on the harness and i'm just gonna splice them into the current one soon as I get the pipe replaced that its plugged into (rusted through at the flange). Currently, even without the rear O2 sensor plugged in, there is no CEL so i'm gonna get a code reader here shortly to make sure its code free, but it seems to be running like a champ....
