You could try taking the collector off, heating the pipe with a torch and using an exhaust expander. You will have to use some patience with it, but it can be done. I just repaired an ASP header, that wasn't to this extent, but I drilled a series of holes where the primary routes under the car. Used a torch and a slide hammer to pound the dent out. It worked like a dream.

Ouch, Get a skid plate made for the header too. Mine hangs low but my skid plate saved it a few times. My car is hella flush at the moment.

damn! those are pretty bad. I bought some used aebs headers that were dented right at the 90 degree bend(not that bad) but had my fabricator who does all my fab work cut out the dented piece and used a slightly larger diameter pipe to cover the pieces that had been cut out and he also made a skid plate to protect from future dents and so far I only have light scratches on the skid plate.

skid plate looks good, well since everyone is saying it looks pretty banged up im ganna try and get it fixed this weekend
