You are basically looking at more extreme options for hp.

1) headwork
2) high compression pistons
3) 3" catback exhaust
4) Intake manifold????

i thought about a 3'' exhaust but my current is 2.5'' mandrel bent is less than a year old. i assume we only talking a 1-2bhp difference between 2.5-3'' any way.

The 3" exhaust will only be a few hp not much and very loud.

Its tough to make more power after the mods you've done w/o turbo nitrous etc. Tune tune tune and that will help too.

unless your header has a 3 inch merge collector i would not bother with a 3 inch exhaust. Besides, you are just adding more weight with the added materials of the exhaust.

you could easily pickup some more hp and help the powerband by experimenting with different intake setups. I personally run the AEM hotpipe and a JWT pop charger.

Contact Charles (username Snickers) over on G20.net, he should be able to set you up with a custom header and inlet manifold.

Better header is available, but it would be a custom deal and not cheap. N/A intake manifolds are hard to come by off the shelf, but I am experimenting with a couple custom ideas.

X2. If you are itching for more power, I would definitely throw in some 16ve or n1 pistons for an easy, cheap swap. Or you could always go for some 88mm pistons keeping stock sleeves orrrr I'm selling a sleeved 92mm block and custom cp pistons for it if you really wanna ramp it up lol. I don't know about n/a but turbo, the rr intake mani did awesome compared to the lowport im.

You need to swap out that AEM pipe for a hotshot, place racing, or some other 3" intake. Since the AEM is only 2.5", especially of you have cams.

once the pulleys are fitted, you've pretty much max'd out the DE bolt-on game Dave
* lowport thermo block spacers?
