That does not mean his gap on the plugs was not right. It means that the Ultra wires were able to hold 6 more PSI of boost before spark plug blow out over the OEM wires with the same gap. More spark to the spark plugs means less energy lost travelling through the wires.

Conclusion Ultra Wires > OEM Wires.

I hate NGK wires.

I have seen to many of them fall apart when removing them. They like to leave the metal pc on the spark plug.

Shit wire in my opinion.


Its Ultra Wire or OEM wires. After that there is nothing I will use.

I have tried out a few Blitz wires and they worked great but they are impossible to get.

engine hiccups doesn't mean that it has only got to do with the high tension wires right? i changed to ngk and the hiccups are still there. Although, i find the engine more responsive.

Accel Thundersports 300+ im using these's at the moment, for some reason it felt way better vs the o.e.m that were on. Little bit pricey too :|
