At this point Gspec is really your only option for VE. Also the Gspec wp pulley is slightly bigger than the UR one. UR pulleys are made for a DE.

ISis is a rwd setup as mentioned above, and OBX is an off-brand. No timing marks? lame.

Wow. I didn't know OBX didn't make them anymore. I wanted to buy a full set just for the Alternator pulley and sell the rest off.

^^ can you get the alt pulley by itself.

what would be the advantage if you have crank and water allready? i've been thinking bout geting the ps and alt ones but i don't know if it's worth it. and my ps pump is gutted anyway.

I am doing my VE drop soon. I have the full set of UR pulleys on the de now. I will be putting the GSPEC set of two on the VE. I will see if the power steering and alt pulley work. I hope they do.

I wasn't sure if this worked, to just swap them over.

they will work there's no difference between those on a ve my questions is though is it worth it? if you already have the other ve spec ones.

Iirc ps and alternator pulley did 1-3whp on the DE when they tested it back in the day. That was against w UR crank and wp pulleys installed. With the VE you probably get measurable hp at ~3krpm and at 8-9k you are maybe in the low 3whp range. Its so linear that no ass-dyno can really tell.

Its always a debate if its worth it, and that may be a generous estimate on my part. Maybe its worth it but you could eliminate the ps if you are really fanatical. In my case I would not look to do this but I would not run the crank pulley either on a VE.

i allready have the gspec crank and waterpump pullies... my ps is removed with the pump gutted so i still have the tensioner. that's only a couple horses so maybe if i can get those two cheap it would be worth it.
