My 10:1 DE way back when made 157 whp with S4 cams on all bolt ons. I always wondered what it would make if it was tuned for NA. It made the 157 with a nitrous tune.

Here is my result: http://www.sr20-forum.com/607102-post78.html
The torque curve does look pretty bad..
I made several changes after that but did not have a chance to dyno check them.
Also very interested in your graphs!

It looks bad because the range is from 118 to 187.

This is what I want to do with my 01 SE. Be a perfect daily car!

Mmm not sure if this is the case but I need to check my other graphs.
I think it does look like this as it is the only way to put both hp and nm curves together using the dyno software. Might be wrong though.
Anyway, I am interested in his graphs to compare as setups are very similar.

Is that your car Martin?

Yes, it is. It was before tuning. He need to make new video!

I've got an identical setup to him, eGT, 10:1 UK DE, Fidanza flywheel, S4 cams, SSAC 2.5 manifold, 2.25 catback and standard ecu, I would be interested to know the difference in how it drives after tuning, mapped on a nistune board was it?

Yeah, this is me and as jagy said, this is before I got my ECU tuned. And I do really need to make a new video, I've been postponing this too long...

And correct, I am using type 3 real time nistune board. Difference is like day and night, although there is a lot more to do imo.
My o2 flag is off now and the cruise zones are properly set for mostly 15's but I've also seen 16's on a very tiny little loads. Thus, my fuel consumption decreased, w/o worsening performance (I am not good with the mpg calculations the way you are not with the l/km so no numbers here).
Other great thing is the response. Car feels alive now compared to the dead body it used to be before.
And maybe last thing is I feel it way stronger at middle range rmp, where the timing table took many degrees of advancing.

But as I said, there is a lot more to do as I am not sure my curves do look properly. Plus I have this shaking problem @ 2k rpm. Hopefully this will be shortly solved..
