As per your avatar, I see you have a lowport, same as I do. And as far as I know, all UK lowport SR20s do use 83Jxx ECUs, which are using 64kb bin files. Maybe this is not valid for the later P10s with the airbags and etc. Mine has no NATS or airbags, and it is manual. So.. similar mods mean sort of similar tunes.. What I am saying, we might be useful to each other Although you should be able to get any proven bin from NPOC members.

Yeah your video on youtube I saw about 8 months ago and ever since I saw it I decided I wanted S4s! Mine is the latest model eGT, which has NATS and 2 airbags, mine is a Feb 95 built car. Definitely keep in touch though, yours is the most similar spec car to mine I have seen, have you got a build thread for it? We've got the same gearbox too, I've got an N15 GTI one, but same ratios as the P11 GT one you have.

I won't be getting mine mapped anytime soon as it does run so well as it is, but if I do, I will help you out with any info I can!

Both trans shares same gears, but P11GT has 4.375 final drive...

Ah that explains so much, I thought they had a 4.177 FD like the eGT box and GTi box! A few of my mates have had GTi boxes then gone to GT boxes and said the acceleration is much better, but couldnt see why, the different FD explains it. Cheers for that info dude

The video shows the car with the P11 GT tranny. Usually the P10 tranny lets you easily pass 160 km/h. In this particular case, with the rev limiter set above 7500 rpm, 145 km/h seems like hard to reach. In Europe the P11 GT has the shortest gearbox among all stock which fit SR20 engine.
But this is all way off from the main topic. Let's keep it clean
