no difference. engine bays are relativly the same, and so is the exhaust basically. only thing i'll get to have fun with is the heated rear o2 sensor, as it tends to be a interesting fit for it, as the o2 bung points up:

danja, as much fun as i would like to just go turbo, i learned the hard way. b15 auto tranny dies at about 220whp. thats not worth 3k to blow up my one and only daily . it says in your sig you are sporting the megan header, mr expensive header .

this is the picture of the ssac header, from some random seller on ebay. idk if its a real ssac or not. check it out:

tell ya what, you should come out to the autox opener in april at miller park. show me what you can do, that is if your chassis and radiator is good past inspection

i will need all the hands i can get to help me with this install. could get a case

Lol I don't know what that is?? I've never tried auto X before but it looks like a ton of fun. Although currently my car would likely fail that inspection

What does your chassis have to have inspected to pass?

Yea I live downtown so if you need help with that install you can hit me up whenever lol.

After registration, it's off to Tech Inspection which can be found near the grid area. The Tech folks try to make sure your car is autocross worthy. thats basically what it is. just a brief check of everything. they have loner helmets so dont worry about those.

BTW 98 200sx and 99 Sentra's have the Heated O2's too. and the O2 sensor pointing up issues is wow not cool.

I bought the "SSAC" one for my B13, it had the EGR bung and overall worked out really well - BUT, the side pipe EGR seat was not sealing right and I had to fab a small insert otherwise it leaked. It's a little different style since it was for SR20DE/VE in older cars. You can see what I did to address the side EGR at this link.



I think I paid $130 shipped, and 3000+ miles later, it's doing fine. It does have a 2.5" secondary/DP. Gasket for mani was fine, DP junction gasket blew out. Welding and pipe cut/fit is excellent, esp considering the price. Much cleaner than my U13's Stillen Header which cost over 2x more.

The 2.5" was I.D., I measured (ruler is a little off center so it looks ~1mm less, but it was 2.5):

BTW going from the smaller hotshot there was a noticeable midrange improvement, all my catback exhaust and CAT are 2.5", so removing a 2.25" DP, that's not a big surprise.

Don't look at the one from Motor Energy, that looks like crap IMHO. The above looks exactly like the 2.5" one I bought last year.

That is the header I bought a month ago and it had a 2.5 inch secondary. This is the header you want.
