some of the pics shown here shows that it needs grinding?? CMIIW, i just thought ssac doesnt need any grinding anymore for VE? any inputs? thanks

tommy - did you have to cut them out larger? or they fit as is?

Sorry the way you worded that is just hilarious because most good headers cost waay more than an 02 sensor

Those ebay ones almost certainly have the EGR bungs.. you can see them in the picture at the top and bottom of the header. Your most likely problem is that it will move your 02 sensor wires very close to the radiator fan, but I got around that issue with a zip tie. The only other thing I would be worried about is the manufacturing quality. Cheap products may have copied the R&D from expensive originals, but they rarely bother with the quality aspect.

But for such a low price that would have to be expected anyway. I would personally go for a name brand header.

This list may actually be outdated now it's about 4 or 5 months old but you can find decent headers in between expensive and cheap ass ebay out there:
