Header question

i was looking for a cheap header because i figured anything would be better than the stock ga16 manifold, and i came across this...

91 92 93 94 Sentra 1.6L E GXE SE XE Exhaust Race Header | eBay

i was wondering what you guys thought. for only a hundred dollars is it worth the risk?
