Finally getting around to ordering the parts i need from Gspec and sourcing some locally.

If i go with the CS rear shifter stabilizing brackets and one of Miko's bracket will this put any extra stress / wear on engine mounts etc? (currently all stock - not looking to replace them unless they go).

List as at present and about to order:
Clutch kit b15 incld TOB, TOB clips, disk, pressure plate.
Clutch cable
Rear main seal
axles seals
input oil seal
ES shifter bushing
Flywheel bolts
Striking rod oil seal

Hope im not too late, but if this is a B14, you should definately replace the Withdrawal Lever while you're in there, or get your stock one welded.. they are known to go out, and its just a matter of time, especially if you are using a performance pressure plate/clutch kit.

Check your tie rod ends and ball joints to make sure they are good. I had to replace mine when I did my clutch job last time... Also when your taking out the tranny, be careful with that damn neutral position switch or maybe its the reverse one.. I ripped it out when I was lifting the tranny out haha

Also, do not go OEM... It's cool and all for whatever driving but for driving fast it doesn't grip at all...

Will do, they work fine at the moment, don't fancy damaging them !

Don't go OEM? - not even as a daily driver? the current clutch (stock) hold fine up to 160km/h haven't taken the car past that but showed no sign of slipping.. no loss under dyno run either.

Looking for a new project so not many more plans for this one will keep it as a daily.

just to check the obvious OEM being original equipment manufacture, not overkill engineering motorsport?
