Idle Problem
Okay, getting very little help over on AOC about this so thought maybe you guys could help out a little? As some of you may know, I have a slight problem with the cars idle, its very jumpy and sounds like its going to cut at times. Once driven above about 2k rpm the jerkiness is gone and the car drives fine
Ive changed the HT leads to a set that were working fine before fitting to mine, Ive swapped the injectors for a set that i know are working, standard exhaust manifold with sensors are fit and the MAF was cleaned before i got it but i may redo this again for my own piece of mind. ive checked the distributor cap and rotor arm and both look fine. As far as i know the spark plugs were changed fairly recently too so this shouldnt be a problem either.
Let me know what you think
Here's a quick video of the sound of it on idle from around the bay and at the exhaust. Also note how the rev counter jumps a bit once the car is fully warmed up.
