Usually they have sportscam stamped into them, and a white paint mark. I would measure them anyway. The specs are on JWT website man

S3 Valve lift = 11.3mm = 0.445"
Valve lift (0.445) divided by rocker arm ratio (1.56) = cam lift (0.285")
Height of base circle (1.26") + cam lift (0.285") = total lobe height (1.545")

Well from your measurement and the specs jp314 kindly listed it looks like a winner at least on lobe height.

The calculations I posted were from an old post that I saved,
from one of the forums or mailing list.
I also found a JWT cam spec card, that lists the S3 as 0.442" lift,
which would change the calculation to 1.543".
My guess is that they are S3 cams.

S4 would measure around 1.557"
S4HL ~ 1.573"
S5 ~ 1.582"
